Yes. Our teams arrives with everything needed, including professional equipment and cleaning materials.

We are known for using only eco-friendly cleaning products. This way, we make it safe for children, learners and employees to be around.

For our regular clients, we do our best to provide the same cleaner each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular cleaner is unwell or goes on holiday.

It is optional. You can stay at home or hand over the keys to the cleaner if you are away. If you wish to do so, please ask her to sign a key form sent to you as part of the Client information Pack. Majority of customers find it safe and convenient

Unfortunately not, our team require a minimumm 24hours notice.

We pride ourselves on working around our clients’ busy schedules. Therefore, as long as you provide us with 48hrs notice, we will happily re-schedule free of charge – just give us a call!

Yes. we can arrange a cleaning session on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

Depending on whether this is a residential or commercial cleaning, we would charge prior to delivering the service or on an invoice basis.

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards and cash. Full payment details are sent upon booking confirmation.

Do not worry. If you are not happy with your clean, give us a call within the first 24 hours post service and provide details of what you are not happy about. We will work to resolve your matter. We aim to continue to achieve a 98% Customer Satisfaction.
